It looks like loot and scoot only due to the timing. Let me help those with questions to better understand what happened.
First of all attendance has always been an issue. Overall attendance has been 15.3 % which is low. But the greater reality is that it is not effective attendance. By that I mean that we have never been able to rely on Dogieman for any set schedule and it was a rare raid day that he came on and stayed until the end.
Many people have lower attendance due to work or school but they get in a set schedule and stick to it. I know the schedules of all my shaman and it is usually predictable who will be on.
The back breaking issue here though went beyond attendance. Last night we moved from Anguish to Bloodplane in DS and much to our dismay Dogieman was still not flagged. It is unacceptable to be a member for over two months and still not be flagged for all zones that we raid.
I think Dogieman and I always had kind words and I thought well of him as a person. MI wishes him well as he moves on. The bottom line is that he was not an effective raider and it was time to move on. _________________ Arrowheade of Rallos Zek

| Yeah good luck Arrow you were always good to me. I'm sorry I didn't complete my DOB keying, I was out last week with a funeral and missed the Queen and Bloodeye kill to complete it. No hard feelings like I said I had fun.. |

Queen and Bloodeye have nothing to do with you getting into the zone. 5/5 is needed for looting only.
You need the 4 missions and turnin. Then vule mission/turnin.
